Rules of cooperation

Thank you for considering a photoshoot with me! Below, you’ll find the most important information to help us make the entire process smooth and enjoyable—from booking your appointment to receiving your finished photos.

1. Booking an appointment

To book a session:

  • Please pay a deposit of 50% of the session fee.

  • payment is conveniently made online – you will receive a link to pay by card in a message from me

  • the deposit is non-refundable (I reserve time for you, refusing other clients)

2. Payment for the session

  • The remaining amount for the session is payable only after receiving the finished photo gallery.

  • The gallery is available online with the option to select and download photos.

3. Waiting time for photos

  • During the low season (October – April) the delivery time for the gallery with photos to choose from is usually 2-3 weeks.

  • During the high season (May – September), the completion time of a finished gallery may be up to 100 days.

  • The deadline depends on:

    • intensity of the season

    • session length

    • number of photos to be processed

4. Course of the session

  • During the session, I guide you gently and naturally – you don’t have to know how to “pose.” My goal, above all, is to create shots that you will look back on in 5 or 15 years and FEEL as if they were there today.

  • I don’t seek perfection in the frame, nor do I force poses; instead, I simply provoke situations between you to capture the most beautiful gestures and glances that are unique to each of you.

  • I want you to feel comfortable and at ease

  • If necessary, we can reschedule the session (e.g. due to weather conditions or a child’s illness) – please let us know in advance.

5. Photo gallery

  • After the session, after initial selection and color processing, I share the photos in the form of a clear online gallery.

  • Depending on the chosen package:

    • you mark a certain number of photos with a heart (i.e. you select them for further processing)

    • you can also select additional photos if you would like to purchase them

    • or decide to buy the entire gallery

  • The cost of additional photos starts from €5 per piece.

  • Purchasing the entire gallery (instead of selecting individual photos) is determined individually, depending on the amount of the previously chosen package.

  • I refine the photos you choose in terms of details, namely:

    • refines the lighting and effects to best reflect the mood and atmosphere of the session

    • I remove minor imperfections, unnecessary objects in the background, protruding hair, gently whiten your teeth and many other little things, without changing you – I just make sure that you don’t have to worry, for example, that I had a pimple on my nose that day!

  • You can download the finished photos in full quality.

  • If your package includes prints, I will have them printed after editing is completed.

6. Consent to the publication of photos

  • I always ask for permission to publish photos (e.g. on my website or Instagram) – it’s your decision

  • I really appreciate it if I can show the results of our session – it helps me develop my portfolio and reach new clients.

7. Copyright

  • I am giving you photos for private use (prints, social media, souvenirs)

  • There is no permission to modify the photos or use them commercially without prior agreement.
