Rules of cooperation<\/h2>

Thank you for considering a photoshoot with me! Below, you’ll find the most important information to help us make the entire process smooth and enjoyable\u2014from booking your appointment to receiving your finished photos. <\/p>

1. Booking an appointment<\/h3>

To book a session:<\/p>

  • Please pay a deposit of 50% <\/strong>of the session fee<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • payment is conveniently made online – you will receive a link to pay by card in a message from me<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • the deposit is non-refundable<\/strong> (I reserve time for you, refusing other clients)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Payment for the session<\/h3>

    • The remaining amount for the session is payable only after receiving the finished photo gallery.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • The gallery is available online with the option to select and download photos.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Waiting time for photos<\/h3>

      • During the low season (October – April) <\/b>the delivery time for the gallery with photos to choose from is usually 2-3 weeks. <\/p><\/li>

      • During the high season (May \u2013 September<\/strong>), the completion time of a finished gallery may be up to 100 days. <\/p><\/li>

      • The deadline depends on:<\/p>

        • intensity of the season<\/p><\/li>

        • session length<\/p><\/li>

        • number of photos to be processed<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          4. Course of the session<\/h3>

          • During the session, I guide you gently and naturally \u2013 you don’t have to know how to “pose.” My goal, above all, is to create shots that you will look back on in 5 or 15 years and FEEL as if they were there today. <\/p><\/li>

          • I don’t seek perfection in the frame, nor do I force poses; instead, I simply provoke situations between you to capture the most beautiful gestures and glances that are unique to each of you. <\/p><\/li>

          • I want you to feel comfortable and at ease <\/p><\/li>

          • If necessary, we can reschedule the session (e.g. due to weather conditions or a child’s illness) \u2013 please let us know in advance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            5. Photo gallery<\/h3>

            • After the session, after initial selection and color processing, I share the photos in the form of a clear online gallery.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

            • Depending on the chosen package:<\/p>

              • you mark a certain number of photos with a heart (i.e. you select them for further processing)<\/p><\/li>

              • you can also select additional photos if you would like to purchase them<\/p><\/li>

              • or decide to buy the entire gallery<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

              • The cost of additional photos<\/strong> starts from \u20ac5 per piece<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

              • Purchasing the entire gallery<\/strong> (instead of selecting individual photos) is determined individually, depending on the amount of the previously chosen package.<\/p><\/li>

              • I refine the photos you choose in terms of details<\/strong>, namely:<\/p>

                • refines the lighting and effects to best reflect the mood and atmosphere of the session<\/p><\/li>

                • I remove minor imperfections, unnecessary objects in the background, protruding hair, gently whiten your teeth and many other little things, without changing you – I just make sure that you don’t have to worry, for example, that I had a pimple on my nose that day! <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

                • You can download the finished photos in full quality.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

                • If your package includes prints, I will have them printed after editing is completed.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  6. Consent to the publication of photos<\/h3>

                  • I always ask for permission to publish photos (e.g. on my website or Instagram) \u2013 it’s your decision<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

                  • I really appreciate it if I can show the results of our session \u2013 it helps me develop my portfolio and reach new clients.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    7. Copyright<\/h3>

                    • I am giving you photos for private use<\/strong> (prints, social media, souvenirs)<\/p><\/li>

                    • There is no permission to modify the photos or use them commercially without prior agreement.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
